Founding
$7,500
First three jobs. One building or a small campus. Ten business days. Reel rights.
Pursuit sequence
One correction round. An mp4, six stills, a link you can scrub, and an assumptions sheet. When the dates move, the same cameras re-render.
A small building, course by course, base first.
01 Problem
Formwork, scaffold, the crane and the fence are the job the interview is scoring. A picture of the finished model does not show month eight.
Show the super what is inside the wall before it is closed.
02 Method
Sequence, quantities and the wall, from the same model.
03 Films
Caption
Bungalow, Lot 3 Alder Lane. Floor framing through the shell, stages 1 to 20. The film runs 70 s.
A sample building, not a client job.
04 Refresh
A new schedule on the same shots re-dates the film and re-renders only the frames that changed.
On the bungalow, plumbing, HVAC and electrical rough-in moved from days 35–40 to days 38–40. That re-rendered 848 of 2,100 frames and two stills. The cameras stayed.

Founding is the first three jobs, in exchange for the right to show the film. Anonymised if you need that.
Home market is the United States. Modeling a building from drawings only is a different conversation, and one we may decline.

Yours. Stereobate is a small credit at the end of the title line, or absent from the frame when the contract asks for that.
No. Illustrative sequence. Means and methods remain the contractor’s.
