01 Send one Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) model of the building. If the model is in Revit, export it by following the checklist.
02 Send one P6, MS Project, CSV, or Excel schedule with activity IDs, names, dates, and predecessors.
03 Send the interview date and one logo as an SVG or a PNG with a transparent background.

You send
[ ] 01 Send one Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) model of the building. If the model is in Revit, export it by following the checklist.
[ ] 02 Send one P6, MS Project, CSV, or Excel schedule with activity IDs, names, dates, and predecessors.
[ ] 03 Send the interview date and one logo as an SVG or a PNG with a transparent background.
Revit to IFC, the same way every revision
[ ] 01 One IFC, from a 3D view that shows only the building. Export only elements visible in that view.
[ ] 02 IFC 2x3 Coordination View 2.0, or IFC4 Reference View. Keep the same version between revisions.
[ ] 03 Tick Building Story only on the real floors and the roof, not on reference levels.
[ ] 04 Split walls, columns and ducts by level.
[ ] 05 Export rooms in 3D views, if the model has rooms.
[ ] 06 Store the IFC GUID in an element parameter after export, and keep that setup.
[ ] 07 Name materials for what they are: Brick, CMU, Metal Stud, Gypsum Board. Do not leave a material named Default.
[ ] 08 Send the schedule beside the IFC. Activity names should say the work and the level.
